Ingredients

  • For samosa , plain flour 2 cup


  • Ghee 2tsp


  • Luke warm water 1cup


  • Salt 1/3 tsp


  • For samosa stuffing , boiled n mashed potatoes 4


  • Chopped onion 1


  • Chopped coriander leaves 2tsp


  • Chopped spring onion 2tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp


  • Coriander powder 1tsp


  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp


  • Dry mango powder 1tsp


  • Achar masala 1tsp


  • For aloo curry boiled potatoes 4


  • Tomato chopped 3


  • Onion chopped 1¹/²


  • Oil 2tsp


  • Cumin seeds 1tsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/3tsp


  • Coriander powder 1¹/² tsp


  • Garam masala powder 1/3 tsp


  • Sabji masala 1tsp


  • Kasturi methi 1/2 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • Water 1¹/² cup


  • For garnishing , aloo bhujiya 2tsp


  • Chopped onion 1tsp


  • Lemon juice 1tsp


  • Coriander chatni 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add plain flour , ghee n salt in it n mix it well
  • Then add water in it n make fine dough
  • Then take a bowl
  • Add potatoes , veggies n all spices in it n mix it well
  • Then take a small ball of dough
  • Make small puri
  • Make cut in the middle of the puri
  • Put potato filling in one part , in the middle
  • Join both corners in middle n make triangle shape
  • Deep fry all samosa on medium flame
  • When it turn golden brown
  • Its done
  • For curry
  • Take a cooker
  • Add oil in it
  • When it become hot ,add cumin seeds in it
  • Then add ginger garlic paste in it n saute it..
  • Then add onion in it n saute it
  • Then add tomatoes in it n cook it
  • Then add all spices in it n cook it..
  • Then add water in it n close the cooker
  • When 3 whistle blows , its done
  • Put aloo curry on samosas
  • Put onion , aloo bhujiya, coriander chatni n lemon juice on it
  • N serve hot
