Ingredients

  • Grated paneer 1cup

  • Grated ginger 1tsp

  • Coconut powder 1/3 cup

  • Sugar 1/ 4 cup

  • Dry fruit powder 1tsp

  • Rose water 2 drops

Directions

    Take a pan

  • 02

    Add ginger n sugar in it n cook it on slow flame

    When sugar gets melted

  • 04

    Add coconut powder , paneer , rose drop n dry fruit powder in it

  • 05

    Saute it for 5 mins on slow flame

  • 06

    When mixture become dry , its done , when mixture become little cold

    Spread it on silver foil

    N then roll it

  • 09

    Keep it into freeze for 1 hour

    then roll it in coconut powder

  • 11

    Cut pieces n serve chilled
