Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Grated paneer 1cup


  • Grated ginger 1tsp


  • Coconut powder 1/3 cup


  • Sugar 1/ 4 cup


  • Dry fruit powder 1tsp


  • Rose water 2 drops

Directions

  • Take a pan
  • Add ginger n sugar in it n cook it on slow flame
  • When sugar gets melted
  • Add coconut powder , paneer , rose drop n dry fruit powder in it
  • Saute it for 5 mins on slow flame
  • When mixture become dry , its done , when mixture become little cold
  • Spread it on silver foil
  • N then roll it
  • Keep it into freeze for 1 hour
  • then roll it in coconut powder
  • Cut pieces n serve chilled
