Soak dry red chili in 1 cup water for 1/2 hour
Then take a jar
Add dry red chili , sugar , vinegar , salt n garlic in it..
Blend it n make fine paste
Then take a pan
Add this paste in it n saute it for 5 mins on slow flame
Then take 1cup water
Put cornflour in it n mix it well
Then add this water in paste n cook it on slow flame
When sauce become little thick..
Its done..
For gulab jamun
Boil the milk
Then add lemon juice in it n mix it well
Then strain it.. N separate paneer n water
Wash paneer in cold water for 5 mins
Then take a pan n put mava in it
Saute it for 1min
Then take a bowl
Add mava , paneer or cottage cheese n plain flour in it
Mix it well
N make fine dough
Then take little ball of dough
Fill raisin in it n make ball
Deep fry all gulab jamun on medium flame
When it turns golden brown
put it in warm water for 5 mins n its done
Serve hot with hot chili sauce
