  • Paneer 200 GMs Bell peppers any colour you want to use Big pieces of onions Red chilli powder according to taste 1/4 tsp Haldi ( I do not use col) Garam masala powder 1 tsp Dhaniya powder 2 tsp Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp Curd 4-5 tsp Corn flour 1 tsp Salt


  • Marinate the paneer cubes onion n bell peppers in the mixture of curd n rest ingredients. Pls do not take more curd. It actually goes waste. Marinate n keep in fridge for 3/4 hrs. Arrange them on the skewers or tooth piks n cook on grill or plain tawa. U can also bake it.
