Ingredients

  • 2 tsb garam masala

  • 2 tsb red chilli powder

  • 250 gms sliced chicken cubes

  • 50 ml curd

  • 1 tsb lime juice

  • 2 tsb red chilli tomato sauce

  • 5 mint & coriander leaves

  • 2 sliced onions

  • 2 sliced tomatoes seeds and pulp removed

  • 2 sliced capsicum

  • 2 tsb salt

  • 5 mint & coriander leaves

  • 2 tsb black pepper powder

    Paneer Pan fry : Take the slidced Paneer cubes in a bowl add 1 tsb red chilli powdr, 1 tsb lime juice , 50 ml curd, 1 tsb garam masala powder , 1/2 tsb pepper powder. Marinate the Paneer by mixing it gently ans leave it for 5 mins.

    Take the sliced Paneer cubes in a bowl add 1 tsb red chili powder, 1 tsb lime juice , 50 ml curd, 1 tsb garam masala powder , 1/2 tsb pepper powder. Marinate the Paneer by mixing it gently ans leave it for 5 mins.Heat a pan and add oil to it , when the oil is hot add the paneer to the pan gently and shallow fry the paneer with little oil in low flame on all sided of the paneer , dont over cook it. When the Paneer turns slight golden brown transfer it to the bowl.

    Heat the pan and add oil to it , add sliced onions and saute it and then add sliced tomatoes and saute it , then add 1/2 tsb pepper powder , 1 tsb red chili powder , 1 tsb garam masala curry powder , 1 tsb salt to taste , then saute it well , then add 2 tsb red chili tomato sauce , and saute it . Then add the Pan fried Paneer to the Veggies in the pan and toss the mixture gently. Add mint and coriander leaves to garnish .

    The dish goes well with roti / chapathi rolls sandwich as stuffing in-between .The dish can be added as a topping for the homemade Pizzas and prepared so easily without much effort .

    Serve it hot , it can also be used as a started and goes well with Nan, phulkha, rotis, chapathis breads, parathas.
