Firstly take a glass bowl and add maida
Now add salt, ajwain,water and make like a roti dough and keep it aside by keeping a wet cloth on it
Now take a pan and add oil
Let the oil heat and add jeera seeds
Now once it splutter add green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry them well
Now add onions and fry until they are transparent
Now add carrot,beans,matar and mix well and cook for couple of minutes
Now add all spices salt, red chilli, garam masala, chat masala and mix well
Now add coriander and mint leaves
And cook for few minutes
Now add smashed aloo
And cook mix well. Until the masala coats well
At last add lemon juice
And let it cool down
Meanwhile take the dough a small ball and with roller roll like a roti
Now cut into half and make like a cone
Fill the stuffing and close the edges by corn flour slurry
Now make some more samosas in the same way
Take a pan and add oil and heat on medium flame
Once the oil is hot add the samosas and fry until they are golden brown and serve it with sauce.....
