Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Aloo smashed 3-4


  • Onion finely chopped 1


  • Green peas 1 cup


  • Green chilli 1-2


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Cumin 1 teaspoon


  • Oil 3 cups


  • Carrot halfboiled 1 cup


  • Beans halfboiled 1 cup


  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon


  • Mint leaves chopped 2 tablespoons


  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons


  • Garam masala 1 tablespoon


  • Maida 1 cup


  • Water 1/2 cup


  • Ajwain 1 teaspoon


  • Cornflour 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Firstly take a glass bowl and add maida
  • Now add salt, ajwain,water and make like a roti dough and keep it aside by keeping a wet cloth on it
  • Now take a pan and add oil
  • Let the oil heat and add jeera seeds
  • Now once it splutter add green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry them well
  • Now add onions and fry until they are transparent
  • Now add carrot,beans,matar and mix well and cook for couple of minutes
  • Now add all spices salt, red chilli, garam masala, chat masala and mix well
  • Now add coriander and mint leaves
  • And cook for few minutes
  • Now add smashed aloo
  • And cook mix well. Until the masala coats well
  • At last add lemon juice
  • And let it cool down
  • Meanwhile take the dough a small ball and with roller roll like a roti
  • Now cut into half and make like a cone
  • Fill the stuffing and close the edges by corn flour slurry
  • Now make some more samosas in the same way
  • Take a pan and add oil and heat on medium flame
  • Once the oil is hot add the samosas and fry until they are golden brown and serve it with sauce.....
