Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Boiled RAJMA - 1 cup


  • Potatoes - 2 small sized (boiled)


  • Lotus stem - 1 bowl (boiled)


  • Desiccated coconut - 1 tbsp


  • Oats - 2 tbsp


  • Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp


  • RAJMA masala - 1 tsp


  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp (AS REQUIRED)


  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Roasted n crushed cashew nuts - 2 tsp


  • Chopped onion - 2


  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 spoon


  • Salt - 1 tsp (AS REQUIRED)


  • Oil - 2 spoon (for pan fry)

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl, mash all the ingredients together make coarse dough
  • Take little oil on your hands n make round shape of the dough (you can shape as per your choice)
  • Take non-stick pan put 1 spoon oil and roast fry the kebabs on both the sides (you may also deep fry the kebabs but it won't be that healthy)
  • Now kebabs are ready to serve
  • Serve it with chutney n sauce (I served with home made garlic chutney)
