Ingredients

  • 12 pavs


  • Paneer grated 1 cup


  • Tomato finely chopped 2-3


  • Capsicum finely chopped 1-2


  • 1 cup finely chopped carrot


  • 1 cup peas


  • 1/2 cup French beans chopped


  • 2 to 3 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste


  • 1-2 finely chopped green chilli


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 3 tablespoons amul butter


  • Salt 1 tablespoon


  • 1.5 cups of water

Directions

  • Boil the all vegetables except onion, tomatoes and capsicum in pressure cooker
  • Mash the vegetables and keep it aside
  • Just lightly mash don't make a puree
  • In a frying pan pan add butter
  • When butter melts add cumin seeds when sizzle add chopped onions
  • Fry onions till they become transperant
  • Now add ginger garlic paste till the raw smell disappear
  • Add chopped green chillies and fry them
  • Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry them until they turn mushy
  • Add the chopped capsicum become a little soft
  • Now add pav bhaji masala, garam masala, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and mix well
  • Now add the mashed vegetables
  • Combine well with masala
  • Add some water and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • And add grated Panneer and cook for another couple of minutes
  • Garnish with coriander and lemon
  • While serving add butter to bhaji and serve hot..
