Boil the all vegetables except onion, tomatoes and capsicum in pressure cooker
Mash the vegetables and keep it aside
Just lightly mash don't make a puree
In a frying pan pan add butter
When butter melts add cumin seeds when sizzle add chopped onions
Fry onions till they become transperant
Now add ginger garlic paste till the raw smell disappear
Add chopped green chillies and fry them
Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry them until they turn mushy
Add the chopped capsicum become a little soft
Now add pav bhaji masala, garam masala, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and mix well
Now add the mashed vegetables
Combine well with masala
Add some water and cook for 2-3 minutes
And add grated Panneer and cook for another couple of minutes
Garnish with coriander and lemon
While serving add butter to bhaji and serve hot..
