Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Idli batter 2 cups

  • Onion 2 chopped

  • Green chilli 4

  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped

  • Ginger 2 tsp grated

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Semolina 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Curry leaves 6-8

Directions

    Take idli batter , add semolina in it.

    Chop onions

  • 03

    Grate ginger

  • 04

    Chop green chilli coriander leaves,curry leaves

  • 05

    Mix all ingredients in the batter

  • 06

    Add red chilli powder and salt in it

  • 07

    Heat oil in a pan

  • 08

    Prepare punugulu of batter and fry in oil till golden brown

  • 09

    Enjoy with red chilli chutney
