Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Idli batter 2 cups


  • Onion 2 chopped


  • Green chilli 4


  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped


  • Ginger 2 tsp grated


  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp


  • Semolina 1 tbsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Curry leaves 6-8

Directions

  • Take idli batter , add semolina in it.
  • Chop onions
  • Grate ginger
  • Chop green chilli coriander leaves,curry leaves
  • Mix all ingredients in the batter
  • Add red chilli powder and salt in it
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Prepare punugulu of batter and fry in oil till golden brown
  • Enjoy with red chilli chutney
