Ingredients

  • Rice flour 1 1/2 cup


  • Salt 1 tablespoon


  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon


  • Ajwain 1/2 tablespoon


  • Water 1 cup (add as per needed)


  • Oil 3 cups


  • Gram flour 1 cup

Directions

  • Firstly take a glass bowl and add rice flour
  • Now as gram flour mix well
  • Add salt,red chilli powder,ajwain and mix well
  • Now add water to make a soft dough
  • Meanwhile take a big broad vessel and add oil and heat it
  • Now take the dough and keep it in greased muruku machine
  • And press in keeping it in hot oil
  • In oil Fry until it is golden brown and serve them hot....
