Grated potato - 1 cup ( squeeze to drain the water)
Boiled potato - 1 cup
Cheddar cheese - 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese- 2 tbsp
Chesnut powder- 1 cup
Crushed pepper- 1 tsp
Chilly flakes- 1 tsp
Orageno - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Breadcrumbs
Beaten egg
Oil for fry - 2 cups
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except maida, cornflour slurry and breadcrumbs. Make doughnut out of This mixture. Put doughnut in the fridge for 1 hour.
Take out from the fridge and coat the doughnuts with dry maida, then dip in the beaten egg and coated with breadcrumbs. Deep fry them till golden colour and serve with any kind of dip.
