Paneer 200 gms Onion cut into big PCs 3 chopped tomato3 , Kaju 2 tbsp chopped ginger,garlic.paste 1 tsp cloves 2 Cardamom 3-4 , Kashmiri chillies 3-4. Oil 3-4 tbsp Salt to taste Boil all and grind to a paste.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 2tsp Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp Kesar 1/2 tsp soak in a tsp of warm milk. Cream 2 tbsp
Cup paneer into cubes and place them in lukewarm water for 10-20 minutes. 2. Boil all the ingredients for the gravy. Once cooled , make a smooth paste of the above. 3. Soak kesar in little warm milk. 5. For the gravy, take oil n ghee in a pan,, Add the dry masalas..Cook for a minute 6. Add the paste, add cream salt . Cook till oil leaves..add the kesar milk. 7. Add the paneer cubes in the gravy n serve hot with lachhedar kulcha.
