For making crispy chick peas...... Heat Oil in a non-stick pan.
In a bowl take chick peas add gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, fresh coriander leaves, baking soda, chaat masala, salt n little water and mix well all together
Make small balls of the mixture n deep fry them in hot oil till half crispy then drain it into an absorbent paper..
Reheat the oil and deep fry the chickpeas till golden to make it more crispy.... Drain into an absorbent paper..
Sprinkle some chaat masala and red chili powder..
Transfer it to a serving bowl n serve..
For making hummus........ Take all the ingredients ( mentioned in the ingredients required for hummus) in a mixing jar n blend it into a fine thick paste...
Garnish with olive oil and red chili powder /black pepper powder...
It is ready to serve..... Enjoy......
