  • For making crispy chick peas....................... 1& 1 /2 cup chickpeas( boiled)

  • 1&1/2 cup gram flour

  • 3 tbsp rice flour

  • 1&1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp ginger coarsely ground

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 1&1/2 tsp Chaat masala

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

  • 1/2 tsp Chana masala

  • 2 tbsp white til

  • 1 tsp salt (as required)

  • 2-3 cup oil for deep frying

  • For making hummus............................... 1 cup boiled chickpeas

  • 2 spoon white til paste

  • 4 pods of garlic

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder / black pepper powder

  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt (as required)


  • For making crispy chick peas...... Heat Oil in a non-stick pan.
  • In a bowl take chick peas add gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, fresh coriander leaves, baking soda, chaat masala, salt n little water and mix well all together
  • Make small balls of the mixture n deep fry them in hot oil till half crispy then drain it into an absorbent paper..
  • Reheat the oil and deep fry the chickpeas till golden to make it more crispy.... Drain into an absorbent paper..
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala and red chili powder..
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl n serve..
  • For making hummus........ Take all the ingredients ( mentioned in the ingredients required for hummus) in a mixing jar n blend it into a fine thick paste...
  • Garnish with olive oil and red chili powder /black pepper powder...
  • It is ready to serve..... Enjoy......
