Paneer 150 gms Onions chopped 2 small size Tomatoes chopped 2 medium size Garlic 2-3 cloves Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Chopped green coriander leaves 1/2 cup Milk 1 cup Salt Oil 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Take oil in a pan. 2. Add onion and garlic and saute till transparent. 3. Add tomatoes and cook till soft. 4. Add the dry masalas. 5. Add coriander leaves and mix well. 6. Add milk and take a boil. 7. Add cubed paneer and take a boil. 8. Now finally add salt, and mix well. 9. Serve hottt.
