Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Maida 2 cups


  • Namkeen mixture 1 cup (farsaan/sev)


  • Amchur powder 1-2 teaspoons


  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon


  • Carrom seeds 1/2 teaspoon


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Oil 4 cups for deep frying

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl take maida , 2 tablespoons of oil, and salt according to taste
  • Mic well and knead a soft dough using water and keep aside covered for rest
  • In a mixer jar take , namkeen mixture, red chilli powder, little carrom seeds and Amchur powder ...and crush it in to a homogeneous mixture
  • This will be dry stuffing for mini samosas
  • Now take small ball from ready dough , roll out small puri, cut it in to 2 halves
  • Take one half , prepare a cone and stuff ready stuffing in to it and press it gently
  • Seal.. it's open ends
  • By the time heat sufficient oil in a deep pan
  • Like wise prepare all the mini samosas
  • Deep fry all mini samosas ,on very low heat till golden in colour ... Keep turning and checking in between
  • Once completely cold ..store in air tight container and enjoy endlessly anytime with tea, coffee, tomato sauce ,or green chutney
