Ingredients

  • Roasted chick pea 1/2 cup

  • Roasted Dal moth mixture 1/2 cup

  • Roasted moong dal 1 tablespoon

  • Corn flakes. 1/2 cup

  • Cucumber finely chopped 2 tablespoon

  • Carrot finely chopped 1tablespoon

  • Boiled corn kernels 2 tablespoon

  • Cottage cheese in small pieces. 1 tablespoon

  • Roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon

  • Pomegranate kernels 1 tablespoon

  • Olives slices 1 tablespoon

  • Kishmish 1 tablespoon

  • Salt and chilly according to taste

  • Chat masala. 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

  • For Garnishing :

  • Few Coriander leaves

  • Tamarind dates chutney 1 tablespoon

  • Chilly sauce according to taste

  • Lemon slices 2

  • Few Lettuce leaves

  • Nachos to serve along

Directions

    First take all things mentioned under ingredients in a big bowl. Gently mix it.

    Now pour both chutneys in bhel and toss it. Just wet bhel with chutneys .

    Now spread lettuce leaves in serving tray and spread mixed bhel on it.

    Now garnish protein bhel with coriander leaves and lemon slices .

    Serve immediately with nachos and chutney of your choice.
