4-5 cups Idli batter
150-200 gms. crushed paneer
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. garam masala powder
3 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp. fried onions.
2 fresh red chilies, chopped
Directions
Mix together Paneer, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, fried onions and red chilies.
Pour little of the batter into the greased Idli moulds. then spread a layer of the Paneer mix followed by another layer of the Idli batter.
