Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup grated boiled potato


  • 1 cup grated paneer


  • 2 chopped green chilies


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves


  • 1 tsp lime juice


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes


  • 1/2 tsp freshly roasted cumin powder


  • 3 tbsp rice flour


  • 7 tbsp oil for frying

Directions

  • In a bowl mix everything together except oil. Mix well. Make a dough with your hand.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into round tikkis. Keep them aside.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Place one by one tikkis in the hot oil. Shallow fry them over medium heat untill both the sides turn golden brown in color.
  • Once done, transfer them to a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
  • Aloo paneer tikkis are ready to serve. Serve hot with some green chutney and a cup of piping hot tea.
