Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup paneer grated

  • 1 cup cooked Rice

  • 3 tsp corn Flour

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 potato boiled and mashed

  • 1 spoon ginger and green chilli finally chopped

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp Salt /as needed

  • 1/2 cup oil for deep fry or as needed

Directions

    Firstly take cooked rice in a mixer jar and grind it.

    Now In a bowl add grinded rice and all ingredients mentioned.

    Now mix well it then knead and keep it for 20 minutes.

    Now make lemon sized balls then flatten it like tikki.

    Heat oil in a pan then deep fry tikki on medium flame till become golden brown and crispy .

    Put the tikki on kitchen nepkin for absorbed extra oil from tikki.

    Serve hot with sauce or any chutney.

    Tips : You can be stored tikki for one day and cook it.
