  • 1/2 cup paneer grated

  • 1 cup cooked Rice

  • 3 tsp corn Flour

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 potato boiled and mashed

  • 1 spoon ginger and green chilli finally chopped

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp Salt /as needed

  • 1/2 cup oil for deep fry or as needed


  • Firstly take cooked rice in a mixer jar and grind it.
  • Now In a bowl add grinded rice and all ingredients mentioned.
  • Now mix well it then knead and keep it for 20 minutes.
  • Now make lemon sized balls then flatten it like tikki.
  • Heat oil in a pan then deep fry tikki on medium flame till become golden brown and crispy .
  • Put the tikki on kitchen nepkin for absorbed extra oil from tikki.
  • Serve hot with sauce or any chutney.
  • Tips : You can be stored tikki for one day and cook it.
