Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup boiled tur dal


  • 1 cup paneer cube


  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup tomato puree


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp Chilly powder


  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp Chopped green chillies


  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp Cumin powder


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic


  • 1/2 cup Chopped coriander


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp or as per taste salt


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp Oil


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Directions

  • Heat oil and fry the paneer cubes , keep aside
  • Add hing for tadka and chopped onion, fry till golden colour.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2mins.
  • Add tomato puree and all masalas, cook till oil separated from the side.
  • Now add boiled dal , salt and sugar. Add water and cook for another 2mins
  • Add fried paneer and cook . Pour the cooked dal in serving. sprinkle chopped coriander and chopped chillies.
  • Heat ghee and add chopped garlic , fry 1 minute and add 1/2 tsp Chilly powder. Pour this tadka on the paneer dal.
  • Paneer Dal fry is ready to serve.
