Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 tbsp rajma

  • 2 tbsp moong

  • 2 tbsp horsegram

  • 2 tbsp black channa

  • 2tbsp cow peas/choda

  • 2tbsp soya beans

  • 2 tbsp baked beans

  • 5 to 6 chappatis

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 small bowl coriander leaves

  • 3/4th bowl pudina leaves

  • 1.5 tbsp chilli ginger garlic paste

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1/4th tsp amchur powder

  • 1/4th citric acid/limbu ful

  • 1/4th tsp garam masala

  • 1/2tsp sugar(optional)

  • 1/2 katori rava

  • 4 tbsp oil

Directions

    Soak the lentils overnight.

    Boil the sprouts in cooker for about 2 to 3 whistles

  • 03

    Strain the cooked sprouts and let it cool down to room temperature

  • 04

    Smash the sprouts and add grated carrot, grinded chappati bits, coriander, pudina and all the spices

  • 05

    Mix the above ingredients properly until it comes together and your able to form an oval shaped flat tikki of it.

    Roll the tikki in some plain rava and swallow fry them on a tava.

    Your yummy n healthy sprout tikki is read. Serve it with chutney or ketchup
