Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 tbsp rajma


  • 2 tbsp moong


  • 2 tbsp horsegram


  • 2 tbsp black channa


  • 2tbsp cow peas/choda


  • 2tbsp soya beans


  • 2 tbsp baked beans


  • 5 to 6 chappatis


  • 2 carrots


  • 1 small bowl coriander leaves


  • 3/4th bowl pudina leaves


  • 1.5 tbsp chilli ginger garlic paste


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 1/4th tsp amchur powder


  • 1/4th citric acid/limbu ful


  • 1/4th tsp garam masala


  • 1/2tsp sugar(optional)


  • 1/2 katori rava


  • 4 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Soak the lentils overnight.
  • Boil the sprouts in cooker for about 2 to 3 whistles
  • Strain the cooked sprouts and let it cool down to room temperature
  • Smash the sprouts and add grated carrot, grinded chappati bits, coriander, pudina and all the spices
  • Mix the above ingredients properly until it comes together and your able to form an oval shaped flat tikki of it.
  • Roll the tikki in some plain rava and swallow fry them on a tava.
  • Your yummy n healthy sprout tikki is read. Serve it with chutney or ketchup
