Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Rice - 1/2 cup

  • water - 2cups

  • Bay leaf -1

  • Salt - 1/4Tsp

  • Oil - 1/2Tsp

  • Ghee -1/2Tbsp

  • Paneer cubes - 6

  • Cumin seeds -1/2Tsp

  • Cinnamon stick -3/4inch

  • cloves -3

  • Black pepper -5

  • Onion - 1 thinly sliced

  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 Tsp

  • Tomato- 1 finely chopped

  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2Tsp

  • Garam masala - 1/4 Tsp

  • Salt - 1 Tsp ( adjust to ur taste)

  • Coriander leaf - 1Tbsp

Directions

    In a large pan heat ghee and saute paneer till they turn golden brown.

    In the same, pan add cumin, cinnamon stick, cloves and black pepper.

    Now add onion and ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes off

  • 04

    Now add tomatoes and sauté until it turns mushy

  • 05

    Add the red chilli powder, garam masala and salt

  • 06

    Add the Cooked rice and mix gently

  • 07

    now add the fried paneer cubes and garnish with coriander leaves
