Ingredients

  • Rice - 1/2 cup


  • water - 2cups


  • Bay leaf -1


  • Salt - 1/4Tsp


  • Oil - 1/2Tsp


  • Ghee -1/2Tbsp


  • Paneer cubes - 6


  • Cumin seeds -1/2Tsp


  • Cinnamon stick -3/4inch


  • cloves -3


  • Black pepper -5


  • Onion - 1 thinly sliced


  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 Tsp


  • Tomato- 1 finely chopped


  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2Tsp


  • Garam masala - 1/4 Tsp


  • Salt - 1 Tsp ( adjust to ur taste)


  • Coriander leaf - 1Tbsp

Directions

  • In a large pan heat ghee and saute paneer till they turn golden brown.
  • In the same, pan add cumin, cinnamon stick, cloves and black pepper.
  • Now add onion and ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes off
  • Now add tomatoes and sauté until it turns mushy
  • Add the red chilli powder, garam masala and salt
  • Add the Cooked rice and mix gently
  • now add the fried paneer cubes and garnish with coriander leaves
