First of all take a kadai and heat the oil in it for frying.
Now cut the roti in the shape of nachos.
After cutting drop them into the heated oil for frying.
Fry from both the sides of the roti.
When they starts getting crisp,remove them from the oil.
Now for topping, chopp all the vegetables finely.
Now add all the dry spice ingredient into it.
mix them properly.
Now plate the nachos in the plate.
Put the topping on the nachos and spread it evenly.
