Dry roast semolina till it turns brown and remove in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, when it crackle add urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves.
Next add onion and salt. Wait till onion turns translucent and shrink in size. Prick cherry tomatoes with a fork and add it to the pan.
Transfer semolina in the pan and mix it well. Add a pinch of sugar and stir.
Add 1 1/2 cup water and cover for 5 minutes till all the water dries up.
Add grated paneer, lemon juice, coriander leaves and sprinkle some grated coconut.
Grease a cake tin or silicon mould with oil, add this mixture and gently press it. Demould on a serving plate and garnish with lemon slice..Serve hot.
