Ingredients

  • 4 roll ke liye


  • 1 cup maida


  • 1/2 cup dahi


  • 2 tspoon oil


  • 1/4 tspoon salt or according to taste


  • 4 roll ki stuffing ke liye--


  • 250 gram paneer


  • 250 gram hang curd


  • 1/2 tspoon adrak lahsun paste


  • 1/4 tspoon kasoori methi


  • 1/4 tspoon haldi powder


  • 1/4 tspoon lal mirch powder


  • 1/2 tspoon tandoori masala


  • 1/2 tspoon salt or according to taste


  • 2 shimla mirch (lachho me kati)


  • 2 pyaz(lachho me kata)


  • 2 table spoon oil


  • 4 roll ke liye chatni


  • 4 sabut lal mirch


  • 10 kali lahsun


  • 1 tspoon vinegar


  • 1/2 tspoon salt or according to taste

Directions

  • Maide me sabhi samagri mila ke naram aata gooth le aur 1 ghante ke liye set hone ko rakh de.
  • Goothe hue aate se patali patali rotiya bel le.
  • Rotiyo ko garm tave per dale aur palat kar dono taraf se halki si sek le.
  • Isi tarah sabhi rotiya bana le
  • Stuffing ke liye paneer ko bade tukdo me kat le.
  • Ek bowl me curd, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, kasoori methi,adrak lahsun paste,tandoori masala aur salt mila ke gadha paste tyar kare.
  • Is paste me paneer ko dal kr marinate kare aur 2 ghante ke liye freeze me rakh de.
  • Tave per 1 table spoon oil dalker paneer ke tukdo ko rakhe aur golden brown hone tak dhimI aanch per sek le.
  • Frying pan me 3 tspoon oil dale aur pyaz aur shimla mirch ko fry kar le.
  • Chatani ki sabhi samgriyo ko mila ke pise aur chatni tyar kar le.
  • Ab paneer tikka roll tyar karne ke liye,ek roti le aur us per 1 spoon chatni ko lagaye phir 1 spoon pyaz aur shimla mirch le aur usko charo taraf failaye.
  • Ab uske upar paneer ke tukdo ko rakhe.
  • Roti ke kinaro ko pakad kar roll kar le aur tave per 1 tspoon oil dalkar roll ko dhimi aanch per crispy hone tak sek le.
  • Roll ko foil papaer me lapetkar sauce ke sath serve kare.
  • Isi tarah sabhi rolls bana le.
  • Paneer ko jyada kafak na seke.
