Preheat oven to 180. line loaf pan
Sieve dry ingredients and keep it aside
Beat eggs in a bowl until pale and frothy
Gradually add sugar and blend well
Add vanilla extract and blend
Slowly add dry ingredients and blend well
In saucepan, melt butter in milk. don't boil
Add hot milk mix to batter. Mix until just combined
Pour prepared batter into loaf pan
Bake for 25-35 minutes until done
Allow to cool for 30 minutes in pan
Demould, allow to cool lightly. slice and serve warm
