Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Garlic clove 20-25


  • 1 Onion diced


  • 1 Tomato


  • 1 Green chilli


  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder


  • 2 tspn Coriander powder


  • Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon


  • SAlt to taste or 1 teaspoon


  • Cottage cheese / paneer 200 gms


  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves few to garnish.


  • Oil 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Take a mixer jar. Add garlic cloves and green chilli and grind. Now add onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and grind.
  • Heat oil in pan, add some chopped green chillies for extra crunch (optional). add the mixture, stir till oil separates. Add fresh cream and cover the lid for a minute. And simmer. Gravy is ready.
  • Cut paneer in squares. Heat a non stick pan. Sprinkle some oil drops.Add paneer. Cook it on high flame for few seconds
  • Add paneer squares to gravy. Serve hot with some grated paneer and fresh coriander leaves on top, with garlic naan or choice of chapati.
