Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Garlic clove 20-25

  • 1 Onion diced

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1 Green chilli

  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder

  • 2 tspn Coriander powder

  • Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon

  • SAlt to taste or 1 teaspoon

  • Cottage cheese / paneer 200 gms

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves few to garnish.

  • Oil 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

    Take a mixer jar. Add garlic cloves and green chilli and grind. Now add onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and grind.

    Heat oil in pan, add some chopped green chillies for extra crunch (optional). add the mixture, stir till oil separates. Add fresh cream and cover the lid for a minute. And simmer. Gravy is ready.

    Cut paneer in squares. Heat a non stick pan. Sprinkle some oil drops.Add paneer. Cook it on high flame for few seconds

    Add paneer squares to gravy. Serve hot with some grated paneer and fresh coriander leaves on top, with garlic naan or choice of chapati.
