Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Frist coconut milk 1 cup

  • Cherry tomatoes 2

  • Red chilli 7

  • Baby corn 4

  • Red capsicum 1 small

  • Green Capsicum 1

  • Yellow capsicum 1

  • Garlic 5 no

  • Pepper 1 tsp

  • Coriander seed 1½ tsp

  • Cumin seed 1 tsp

  • Salte 1 tsp

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Coriander stem 3 no

  • Lemangrass 1

  • Tofu paneer 200 gm

  • Onion 1 small

  • Oil 2 tsp

Directions

    soak chilli in hot water before half an hour

  • 02

    Take frish coconut milk

  • 03

    Julian cut the vegetables

  • 04

    Grind the below items ( red Thai paste)

    Garlic,ginger , coriander stem and stem,leimengrass ,salt , cumin seeds, pepper , read chill, onion

    Take a pan and add oil

    After add 2 tsp of red Thai paste

    Cock well tell goes to raw flawer

    Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and cock well

    When is the coconut oil comes out ,add the chopped vegetables, tomatoes. And cock well

    Add 1 small tumler water or 2 'd coconut milk.

    Add little salt

    When the vegetables is cocked .

    Add tofu paneer and cock 3 minutes .

    Then switch off and remaining coconut milk.

    And serve hot
