whole wheat flour ... 1 cup
Maida ... 1 cup
Semolina.. 2 tbsps
Achari masala .... 1 tbsp
Mango pickle ... 1 tbsp (mashed)
salt ..,....., 1 tsp
Ghee or oil .... 2 tbsps
Ajwain .... 1 tsp
Kasoori methi.. 1 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients together and make a stiff dough adding water as needed.
Take small marble sized portion of the dough and press with fingers to flatten them into thick roundels.
Heat oil in a pan and fry them on low flame until golden and crisp.
Drain the excess oil on a kitchen tissue and store them in an airtight container after they are completely cooled.
