Ingredients

Serves 8

  • whole wheat flour ... 1 cup

  • Maida ... 1 cup

  • Semolina.. 2 tbsps

  • Achari masala .... 1 tbsp

  • Mango pickle ... 1 tbsp (mashed)

  • salt ..,....., 1 tsp

  • Ghee or oil .... 2 tbsps

  • Ajwain .... 1 tsp

  • Kasoori methi.. 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Mix all the ingredients together and make a stiff dough adding water as needed.

  • 02

    Take small marble sized portion of the dough and press with fingers to flatten them into thick roundels.

  • 03

    Heat oil in a pan and fry them on low flame until golden and crisp.

  • 04

    Drain the excess oil on a kitchen tissue and store them in an airtight container after they are completely cooled.
