Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowl grated paneer


  • 2 boiled potatoes


  • 1 tbsp green coriander


  • 2 tbsp maida


  • 1 tsp salt


  • For kofta filling:2 tbsp chopped kaju


  • 8-10 kishmish


  • For gravy:8-10 kaju


  • 2 onions


  • 4 tomatoes


  • 5 garlic cloves


  • 1 inch ginger piece


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 tsp kashimiri red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp kitchen king masala


  • 2 tbsp or for fry oil

Directions

  • Grated the paneer, add boiled and mashed potatoes, green coriander, Maida salt in grated paneer mix it well.
  • Make balls with this mixture and fill chopped kaju and kishmish in this balls.
  • Heat oil in a wok add balls and fry it
  • Add water in a pan, now add roughly chopped onion, tomato, kaju, ginger, garlic, green chilli and boiled it.
  • When cool add in a grinder, grind it make a paste.
  • Heat oil in a wok add this paste and saute it.
  • Add all spices and saute till leave the oil.
  • Add water and boil it. Now add fresh cream and kofte
  • Serve this yummy kofta with butter naan
