Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Paneer..200 gms


  • Onion..1


  • Tomatoes..2


  • Green chillies...3


  • Kasuri methi. 2 tbsp


  • Salt..1 sp


  • Turmeric powder. 1/2 sp


  • Coriander powder..1 sp


  • Red chilli powder..1 sp


  • Oil..1 tbsp


  • Ghee..1 sp


  • Garlic..8 cloves


  • Cumin seeds. 1/2 sp


  • Asafoetida. 1/4 th sp


  • Garam masala..1/2 sp

Directions

  • Cut onion and tomato in big chunks.
  • Take a pan,add oil.
  • Add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  • Add 5 cloves of garlic.
  • Now add onion and tomato.
  • Add all spices and half of kasuri methi.
  • Cover it and let it cook.
  • When onion and tomatoes gets soft,turn off the gas.
  • Let it cool.
  • Now grind it to paste.
  • Add curd and grind it again.
  • Now transfer this puree into pan.
  • Add little water.
  • Let it cook.
  • Meanwhile cut paneer into cubes.
  • Keep these paneer cubes into warm water.
  • Now add paneer cubes in the gravy.
  • Prepare tempering of ghee and remaining garlic.
  • Add this tempering into the veg.
  • Add remaining kasuri methi.
  • Enjoy thus veg with your choice of bread.
