Cut onion and tomato in big chunks.
Take a pan,add oil.
Add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
Add 5 cloves of garlic.
Now add onion and tomato.
Add all spices and half of kasuri methi.
Cover it and let it cook.
When onion and tomatoes gets soft,turn off the gas.
Let it cool.
Now grind it to paste.
Add curd and grind it again.
Now transfer this puree into pan.
Add little water.
Let it cook.
Meanwhile cut paneer into cubes.
Keep these paneer cubes into warm water.
Now add paneer cubes in the gravy.
Prepare tempering of ghee and remaining garlic.
Add this tempering into the veg.
Add remaining kasuri methi.
Enjoy thus veg with your choice of bread.
