Cut the paneer into cubes . Marinate 3 pieces in chilli garlic sauce .
Marinate 3 pieces in mint chutney.
Marinate 3 pieces with cream or hung curd adding little salt .
Put all the three different paneers in the satay sticks with onion cubes in the white one, green capsicum pieces in the mint chutney one and red capsicum pieces in the chilli garlic paneer .
