Ingredients

  • butter 100 grams


  • Jam 3tbsp


  • Bread 6


  • Eggs 3


  • Milk 2.5cup


  • Vanilla essence 1tsp


  • Chocolate chip 3tbsp


  • Nuts chopped 1/2cup (optional)


  • Vanilla sauce milk 2cup


  • Custard powder 2tbsp


  • Vanilla essence 1/2tsp


  • Ice cream melted 1/2cup


  • Sugar 3tsp

Directions

  • Cut bread sides
  • apply butter on one side of the bed
  • apply jam on one side of the bread
  • cut the bread into cubes
  • Put into a greased baking dish
  • in a mixer add eggs sugar milk and vanilla essence and blend properly
  • Pour the egg mixture on on the bread cubes and then put chocolate chips and dry fruits flakes on top..put the leftover butter and jam blobs on top too
  • soak it for 15 minutesf
  • In a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius bake it for 25 minutes or till top is golden
  • Vanilla sauce.
  • Heat milk
  • Add dissolved custard powder in little water and add in milk
  • Add sugar and essence
  • Cook till thick and let it cool
  • Add melted ice cream
  • Serve chilled with cool pudding
