corn flour 2 spoons
boiled soya chunks 1 cup(10 pieces)
boiled potato 2
salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder 1 tea spoon
onion finely chopped 1
carrot grated 1
Directions
mash the boiled potatoes
then add grinded boiled soya chunks
then sauté onion and add to it
add salt, turmeric, chilly powder
and then shape it like cutlets
dip it in corn flour
and roll it over the oats
then deep fry it
