Grate beetroot
Soak almonds and kaju peel almonds
Add almonds,kaju chilli and onion and make paste in mixi
Take beet paste ,rice flour and besan add salt and mix finely
Heat oil and make and fry kofta
Then heat ghee and add cashew and onion paste
Saute it till leave ghee
Then add water,salt ,garam masala and cinnemon powder
Then add milk and cook till thick
Finally add cream and stir
Our gravy is ready
At the time of serving pour gravy in serving dish and arrange koftas
Garnish with cashews
