Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup grated beetroot


  • 1/2 cup besan


  • 1/4 cup rice flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 chop green chilli


  • 1 cup chop onion


  • 1/4 cup almonds


  • 1/4 cup cashews


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 2 cardmon


  • 1/4 tsp cinnemon powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup cream

Directions

  • Grate beetroot
  • Soak almonds and kaju peel almonds
  • Add almonds,kaju chilli and onion and make paste in mixi
  • Take beet paste ,rice flour and besan add salt and mix finely
  • Heat oil and make and fry kofta
  • Then heat ghee and add cashew and onion paste
  • Saute it till leave ghee
  • Then add water,salt ,garam masala and cinnemon powder
  • Then add milk and cook till thick
  • Finally add cream and stir
  • Our gravy is ready
  • At the time of serving pour gravy in serving dish and arrange koftas
  • Garnish with cashews
