Take maida, sugar in a bowl add baking soda, elachi powder and mix it
Add melted butter into the dry mixture mix it,,
Add little amount of water like 5 spoon r add milk 3 spoon to knead into dough like chappathi
Like this dough is mist be very tough
Take big portion of dough ,make the thick flat round shaped roti
Cut into desired shapes using shape moulds
Then heat a oil in pan,, when the oil is hot, drop the cut shapes into oil carefully
Fry then on a low flame till they turn into nice colour
The healthy yum yum fried biscuits ready,, my kids loved this very much,,
