Wash rice and heat water
Add whole spices and rice
Boil them till 3/4 cook and sieve them
Soak saffron in milk
Heat ghee add jeera and nuts
Roast them
Take them out
Add rice and mix in ghee
Add sugar and saffron add cardmon powder
Now devide rice in two parts
Add orange colour in one part
Now take donut moulds and add both rice in different moulds
Press them and demould carefully
Garnish with nuts and fruits
