  • Powder sugar - 1cups


  • Butter - 1/2 cup


  • Milk - 1/2 cup


  • Rambuthaan fruit juice - 1/4 cup


  • Vennila essence - 1 tsp


  • Egg - 1

Directions

  • IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD 2 CUPS OF MAIDA AND BAKING SODA 1 TSP
  • SIEVE THROUGH THE FLOUR,, KEEP ASIDE
  • IN ANOTHER BOWL STIR TOGETHER MILK1/2CUP, 1EGG, RAMBUTHAN JUICE1/4CUP, WHISK WELL
  • ADD VENNILLA ESSENCE 1 TSP, MELTED BUTTER 1/2 CUP WHISK WELL
  • ADD POWDER SUGAR IN THIS MIXTURE ,, STIR MIX TOGETHER UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES
  • ADD THE EGG MIXTURE IN THE DRY INGREDIENT AND COMBINE WELL.
  • MAKE A WELL IN CENTRE OF DRY INGREDIENTS
  • TAKE 1 SCOOP PREPARED BATTER , SPOON INTO THE PREPARED MUFFINS CASES
  • LUMPY BATTER MAKES THE BEST MUFFIN,, SO REMEMBER THAT
  • SPRINKLE THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ON TOP AND THEN BAKE 
  • PREHEAT OVEN 160℃ 15 TO 20 MINS
  • COOL 10 MIN REMOVE THE MUFFINS FROM CASES, SEE THE BEAUTIFUL SHAPE WE GOT VERY SOFT FLUFFY YUM YUM CUPCAKES
