Heat some oil and add chopped garlic and ginger. once they start smelling, add chopped onions
Fry till onions are translucent, add chicken pieces.. saute for 3 minutes.
Then add rest of the vegetables, salt and masalas. Cook till everything is cooked.
Now take a bread slice, cut the crust and using a rolling pin, flatten it like a roti.
Put some chicken mixture, put some cheese, now apply some water on the sides of the bread, stick the corners to form a triangle.
Deep fry them in very hot refined oil.. serve
