Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Boneless chicken (100 gm)


  • Chopped garlic (1 tsp)


  • Chopped ginger (1tsp)


  • Beans - 2 tbsp


  • Carrots - 1 tbsp


  • Spring onions - 2 tbsp


  • Capsicum/bell peppers - 1 tbsp


  • Chopped onion (1)


  • Oregano (1 tsp)


  • Basil (1 tsp)


  • Chilly flakes (2 tsp)


  • Grated cheese - 2 tbsp


  • Bread slices - 4


  • Refined oil - 1 cup (for frying)

Directions

  • Heat some oil and add chopped garlic and ginger. once they start smelling, add chopped onions
  • Fry till onions are translucent, add chicken pieces.. saute for 3 minutes.
  • Then add rest of the vegetables, salt and masalas. Cook till everything is cooked.
  • Now take a bread slice, cut the crust and using a rolling pin, flatten it like a roti.
  • Put some chicken mixture, put some cheese, now apply some water on the sides of the bread, stick the corners to form a triangle.
  • Deep fry them in very hot refined oil.. serve
