Sift wheat flour , cocoa powder ,salt , baking soda in a bowl
In another bowl , dissolve the sugar in cold water ,add oil and give it a mix
Add vanilla extract , vinegar and give it a mix
Now combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and give it a good whisk
Grease the ramekins using butter and pour the batter to the 3/4th of the ramekin
Immerse the compound chocolate pieces to the middle of the batter and bake it for 35 mins in a preheated oven at 180 deg Celsius
Once baked , let it attain the room temperature .
Now run through a knife to the sides of the ramekins
Place a plate at the top of the ramekins and invert it to unmould it
Serve it hot with your favourite toppings
