Take wholewheat flour , gram flour, some salt , red chilli powder, ajwain, sesame seeds in a bowl and knead a soft dough. Apply some oil ans keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Take oil in a pan and add mnustard seeds, let it crakle and then add chopped onions, green chilly and mix it till onion turns translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and wait till the raw smell goes away.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, and coriander leaves.
sprinkle some gram flour and let the mixture cool for a minute.
Take the dough and divide it into small balls. Take a ball, roll out a small paratha , stuff the some mixture in it and make a dumpling. Roll it in flour and roll out a paratha using some oil.
Take some oil on pan/ tawa and cook the paratha on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney or curd raita.
Garnish with sesame seeds and some mint leaves.
