Whisk curd, add gram flour in small portions (avoid lumps). When the batter is smooth add salt, hing and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan and add this batter in it, stir continously till batter thickens.
grease a plate .
Keep mixture of paneer, cheese, pepper powder, grated coconut ready and immediately Spread it on the batter (heat will help to melt the cheese) and roll it gently. Grease a knife and cut the khandvi into small size.
Now for tempering heat some oil and add mustard seeds and wait till it splutters. Add green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves in it.
Place khandavi on serving platter and pour this tempering/tadka on top. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
Can be served as a snack too.
