Heat water and add suger, salt, and papad kharo and keep a side
Combine all the flour, red chilli powder, ajwain and mix well
Add suger-salt water mixture and knead into a firm-hard dough using enough water.
Cover the dough with a lid or wet muslin cloth and keep a side 15 minutes.
Knead again using 1tdp oil and divide the dough into two or three equal portion.
Make into cylindrical roll and cut into equal slice.
Roll each portion into a round small puri.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Store in an airtight container.
Serve any time as a snake with tea or coffee.
