Ingredients

Serves 3

  • corn pods - 2

  • corn flour -3Tbsp

  • Rice flour -1Tbsp

  • Red chilli powder -1/2Tsp

  • oil - 2 cups

  • salt - 1Tsp

  • Big Onion chopped - 1

  • Lemon juice - 1Tbsp

  • coriander leaves chopped - 1Tbsp

  • chat masala -2Tsp

Directions

    Remove the corns from corn chaff and marinate it with corn flour ,rice flour , red chilli powder and salt

  • 02

    Let it sit for 1/2 an hour

  • 03

    Heat the oil in a pan and start frying the marinated corns

  • 04

    Please be very careful with your hands as the oil and corn seeds would splatter after dropping it inside the oil

  • 05

    Fry it until it turn to golden colour

  • 06

    Remove it from the oil and mix it with chat masala , chopped onion and coriander leaves
