In a bowl, add minced chicken, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt and chicken masala
Knead mixture well and make equal size balls. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Shallow fry the balls until done on all sides. Keep it aside
Heat 1.5 tbsp butter in a pan. Add whole spices and saute for few seconds
Add onions and saute until tender
Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma goes away
Add cashews and saute until golden brown
Add tomatoes and cook until tender.Add coriander powder and chili powder. Saute for a minute. Allow to cool completely
Adding water, grind to smooth puree
Heat remaining butter in a pan. add ground puree and mix well
Add salt and garam masala. Cook for 4-5 minutes
Add cream and mix. Gravy should be like sauce. Add water if its too dry
Add chicken balls. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
In serving plate, add spaghetti or noodles or steamed rice. Top with butter chicken balls and gravy/sauce. Garnish with little grated cheese and coriander leaves. Serve warm
