Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 150 grams fresh Paneer


  • 2 spring onions and greens


  • 2 twigs corriander


  • 3-4 dried redchillies


  • 1tspn ginger garlic paste


  • 2tspn vinegar


  • 1tblspn soy sauce


  • 1 tspn corriander powder1


  • 1 1/2 tspnSalt or as per taste


  • 1 tblspn Corn flour


  • 2tblspn Oil


  • 1 or 2 Green chillies optional


  • 2-4Pods garlic

Directions

  • Cut out paneer pieces as per choice
  • Make slurry of corn flour with some water and keep ready
  • Chop green onion greens
  • Heat oil and add chopped onions , greens and ginger garlic paste
  • Now make paste of whole red chillies corriander and 2 -4 garlic pods
  • Add the ground paste to the saute of onions stir fry
  • Add the soy sauce now
  • Add the cor flour slurry
  • Add salt now
  • Cook sauce for 5-6minutes
  • Now add paneer pieces ,cover cook for 3-4 minutes turning lightly
  • Put off flame
  • Remove in dish to serve
