Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • Corn -1 cup


  • cornflour-3-4 tbsp


  • Salt -1 tbsp


  • Black pepper -1 tsp


  • Chopped onions -1


  • Chopped capsicum -1


  • Lemon juice -2-3 tbsp


  • Oil for frying -3-4 cups


  • Coriander leaves -1tsp


  • chaat masala -1 tsp

Directions

  • Add water in pan , boil it for 3 min then add corn in it.
  • Boil for 5 min and strain the corn and keep aside
  • In a separate bowl add cornflour, salt, blac pepper, boiled corn and mix it well
  • Use water is required .
  • Coating should not be dry
  • Mix well and deep fry the corn till golden brown
  • In a bowl add onions , capsicum , fried corn and mix well then add lemon juice and chaat masala
  • Mix well and garnish with lemon slice and coriander leaves
  • Serve hot
